With the introduction of Google Drive for desktop version 52.0, Mac users with an Apple-based MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, Mac Mini, or iMac may now take full benefit of the search giant’s new unified client. In the most recent upgrade to its cloud storage service, Google has enabled complete support for Apple M1 Macs in Google Drive for desktop. Google Drive for desktop Mac m1 is now Available Back in January, Google announced a new update that would include support for the M1 Macs. Google Drive File Stream was later shown to be unsupported on Apple’s new M1 ARM architecture. Following the Big Sur update, there were reports of the app not operating due to an error prompt. Users of Google Drive have been having a lot of trouble getting the Drive File Stream program to work on their Macs. Google Drive for Mac has been upgraded to include complete support for the Apple M1 Mac.
